Join us for an unforgettable evening as we celebrate 12 amazing years of craft beer, culinary excellence, and community! This special event features a five-course dinner crafted by Chef Tommy, with each dish thoughtfully paired to complement our expertly brewed beers. 🍽️✨

Menu Highlights:
Welcome
Amuse Bouche: Grilled peaches stuffed with Camembert, drizzled with Korean honey sauce.
First Course
Char Sui Duck Bao: Sprinkled with everything seasoning, topped with spring onion ribbons, and served with soy dipping sauce.
Second Course
Crusted & Seared Ahi Tuna: Brushed with Ponzu, served over gochugaru cucumber salad, and finished with spring onion ribbons.
Main Course (Choice one or the other):
Slow-Roasted Beef Tenderloin: Stuffed with garlic herb cream cheese, served over mushroom truffle risotto, with parmesan-encrusted jumbo asparagus.
OR
Grilled Mahi: Served in a white wine reduction over mushroom truffle risotto, with parmesan-encrusted jumbo asparagus.
Dessert
Sweet Life Porter Beer Cakes: Layers of coconut porter-infused cake, chocolate ganache, chocolate buttercream, and whipped cream.
