122nd Session of the Central Georgia Region Annual Conference

Bishop Thomas L. Brown, Sr. and Dr. Louise Baker Brown invite you to the 122nd Session of the Central Georgia Region Annual Conference, to be held July 22 – 24, 2024, at St. Paul CME Church, 1601 Barnard Street, Savannah, Georgia 31401. The host Pastor is Reverend Dr. Da’ Henri Thurmond, and Reverend Dr. Jane E. Thomas, is the host Presiding Elder.

Registration is required for everyone. Please Note: ALL MINISTERS, DELEGATES, ALTERNATES, and DEPARTMENTAL LEADERS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND, AND RESPOND TO THE ROLL CALL. THIS IS AN IN-PERSON MEETING ONLY. THERE WILL NOT BE A ZOOM OPTION AVAILABLE.

Online Conference Registration can be accessed on the website. Conference Registration Fee is $125.00 for all Pastors and Ministers, Lay Delegates, Lay Alternates, Laity, Missionaries, and Visitors/Guests. Online registrations will incur an administrative fee. You also have the option to pay $125 onsite by check, debit/credit card or cash. When you register online, please enter PROMO CODE "Onsite24" to indicate you are paying onsite, and not through Eventbrite.

If you paid your registration fee to your Elder, please enter the PROMO CODE "PaidElder24" in the PROMO dropdown and hit APPLY.

Youth and Children registration is free; however, they must be registered.

2023-2024 Pledge Payments

Pledges may be paid to your Elders, or online at . The 2023-2024 Conference Year Payments for Pledges are due now.

2024-2025 Pledges

You may also make pledges for the ensuing Conference Year (2024-2025) during the Annual Conference by seeing a member of the Joint Board of Finance. You may also go online and complete your Pledge for 2024-2025 Conference Year.

You are invited to join Dr. Louise Baker Brown, President Doris Jordan and the spouses, widows, and widowers of the Central Georgia Region for the annual luncheon during the 122nd Session of the Central Georgia Region Annual Conference.

When you select the publication you are ordering, it will automatically connect you to the CME Publishing House for the Christian Index; and to the Missionary Messenger Editor for its publication. As always, subscriptions will be received at the Regional Annual Conference as well.

The Departmental Report Form is for Regional and Episcopal reports. Department Leaders are asked to complete your Departmental Report online no later than June 30, 2024.

Reminder: As you continue to register, if you are paying onsite with a check, debit/credit card, or cash please use PROMO CODE "Onsite24". By applying this code, the admin fee of $10.23 is waived. You will have to reconcile payment with the Joint Board of Finance during the onsite registration process.
