Central Georgia Region Annual Conference

Bishop Thomas L. Brown, Sr. and Dr. Louise Baker Brown invite you to the 121st Session of the Central Georgia Region Annual Conference, to be held July 17 -19, 2023, at Bethel CME Church, 1668 Pio Nono Avenue, Macon, GA 31204. The host Pastor is Reverend Dr. Andre’ Loyd; and Reverend Dr. Donald R. Jordan is the host Presiding Elder.

The Annual Conference is a yearly meeting of ministers and elected lay representatives, called together by Bishop Brown for the purpose of transacting business, conducting ordination of ministers, passing the character of preachers, receiving reports from pastors and departmental leaders, worship and fellowship events, and to receive instructions and charge for the new conference year.  You are invited to join in another historic event in the Sixth Episcopal District!

Registration is required for everyone.

Please Note:  ALL MINISTERS, DELEGATES, ALTERNATES and DEPARTMENTAL LEADERS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND, AND RESPOND TO THE ROLL CALL. THIS IS AN IN-PERSON MEETING ONLY.

Conference Registration Fee is $125.00 for all Pastors and Ministers, Lay Delegates, Lay Alternates, Laity, Missionaries, Visitors/Guests Youth and Children registration is free; however, they must be registered.

Pledges may be paid to your Elders, or online at 6thdistrictcme.org. Payments for Pledges are due now.

New Conference Year Pledges will be available at the Conference Site with the Joint Board. You may also go online and complete your Pledge for 2023-2024 Conference Year at 6thdistrictcme.org.
