Align your mind, body, and spirit while being fully enveloped in sounds, frequencies and tactile physical vibrations from gongs, Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, various drums, Native American flutes, rainsticks, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, weighted tuning forks, vocals and more during the therapeutic sensory & sound healing journey.
🔆 INCLUDED: Optional aromatherapy, energy work, and use of an eye mask, pillow, blanket, bolster & prepaid comfort platform of choice (twin/queen bed, yoga mat, or massage table.)
🔆 BRING: Hydration, socks, & your own comfort items if you have particular needs. Chapstick is suggested for breathwork sessions.
🔆 WEAR: Comfy clothes that allow unrestricted movement, preferably with no exposed zippers, buttons, or metal embellishments.
