Welcome to the Ruck Training Sessions.These events are designed to train your endurance and strength to prepare you for upcoming Ottawa Ruck Club challenges.
This session will be a ruck for beginners. Over the next few months we will build up the distance and pace to prepare for the 12-mile challenge in June.
LOCATION:
Royal Oak in Centrepointe (meet in the parking lot)

For this session we will be completing the following:
Distance: 6 miles
Pace: 17-18 mins/mile
Weight in ruck: 25-30lbs
