Parking Question 1: are there parking fees?
Attendees who do not have a UCF employee/student parking permit will need to purchase a virtual parking permit for each day of the training.
The virtual parking permit is $8 per 24 hours. The $8 passes expire 24 hours from time and date of purchase.
To attend day 1 (Thursday 2/26) of the training, participants will purchase a virtual permit.
To attend day 2 (Friday 2/27) of the training, participants will need to purchase another virtual permit.
Parking Question 2: where do I purchase virtual parking permits?
Please visit the UCF Parking and Transportation Services and select "Buy a Virtual Daily Permit" (as reflected in the blue rectangle in the screenshot below). Please note that UCF no longer issues paper-based permits. Instead, your license plate will act as a virtual permit.
Parking Question 3: if I'm buying a virtual parking permit as a visitor, where should I park?
Daily permits are valid in all of the “D” parking lots and garages. “D” parking areas are denoted with GREEN signs. The closest visitor parking options to the Live Oak Center are: Garage B and parking lots B4, B6, and B9, which are shown in green rectangles shown below. The training location is denoted with an orange-red square.
There are accessible parking spaces in front of the Live Oak building, in the garages, and in the parking lots.
Note: the UCF School of Social Work cannot reduce, waive, or reimburse parking permit fees or parking citation fines.
