Free food & free music. 12:34 is a new concert series in Oshkosh that hosts WI original musicians the 3rd Sunday of every month. In times of division, it's all about community building. This is a space for everyone to connect over a shared meal followed by an hour of great music. This month we're blessed by the best, Dorothy Zerbe. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

MEET DOROTHY:
"I began hearing music even before I was born, as my parents played music continuously.
I believe God gives us music to help lift us humans out of trouble to a place of beauty, praise and celebration; to help us validate and express our human emotions.
My training includes formal classical piano, vocal guidance from my voice teacher Mom, and my own involvement in school choirs. As a preteen I took up the trumpet, then later French horn and guitar. My early influences were classical, jazz, big band, Broadway, pop, folk and hymns. My Dad was an Episcopalian priest with a deep bass voice, and my mother, in addition to being a soprano soloist, was our church organist and accompanist. The folk and pop I heard in the 60’s and 70’s really influenced my guitar and later songwriting."
