We are pleased to invite you to the Health Choice 11th Annual Tribal Summit, a FREE two-day event filled with insightful presenations, valuable resources, and excellent networking opportunities. This summit is designed to bring together tribal leaders, members, providers, and partners to collaborate, learn, and share strategies for advancing our communities.
Lodging
For your convience, a block of rooms has been reserved for attending at the Twin Arrows Casino Resort. To make a reservations please call (928) 856-7541 and reference Booking ID 12091. The conference rate is $149++tax. Please note that the resort requires a deposit equal to one night's stay plus tax to guarantee your reservation. This deposit is refundable if you provide notice of cancellation at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date.
