Payment Policy: In order to qualify for the Early Bird rate, payment must be received before 11:59 PM on July 14, 2024 or checks must be postmarked prior to July 14, 2024. If you register on or after July 14, 2024 through August 27, 2024, you will be charged the Standard rate. Space permitting, those registering on or after August 28, 2024 will be charged the Late rate. Please note, if you register on or after August 28 2024, you will be required to pay your registration fees by credit card at the time of registration. All registration fees MUST be paid and collected prior to August 31, 2024 or access to the conference may be denied.

Cancellation Policy: Registration fees are nonrefundable.

Delegate Substitution: Delegate substitutions are permissible. Please notify us at if you intend to transfer your registration to another person. The original holder of the registration must, in writing, supply us with that person’s name and contact information, including their email address. Please note, no delegate substitutions will be permitted after August 27, 2024.

Photograph and Recording: As this event, it is possible that you will be photographed or recorded as part of the proceedings (ie, asking a question of a speaker, etc.). By registering for the Maryland Early Childhood Conference, you consent to your picture and/or video being taken and published by the Conference organizers as part of event-related materials.
