COVID-19 EVENT CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Being mindful of the ever-evolving situation of COVID-19 and are closely monitoring communications and guidelines from Alberta Health. If event dates need to be rescheduled or canceled due to heightened restrictions, ticket purchasers will be offered a full refund on their tickets. There are no refunds for poor weather or a change to the lineup in the case a performer is not able to come due to travel restrictions or health concerns. The safety and security of all involved in this event is our top priority. We will continue to remain attentive as the event approaches and keep everyone informed through our website, email notifications and social media.
If event is restricted by Alberta Health to a further limited attendance, ticket purchasers who bought their tickets first will retain their seats and all tickets over the restricted number will be refunded in full. Organizer has the right to change your table location to accommodate any needed changes from Alberta Health.
Any persons not adhering to the social contract and physical distancing guidelines at event may be removed from the venue at Organizer and Security’s discretion with no refund.
