Mama + Me Music, Movement, & Mindfulness class is lovingly created with mamas and infants up to 12 months in mind.
The first year of your child's life is an exciting time of emotional bonding and development. Music is an incredible vehicle to enhance all areas of your child's growth & learning including emotional regulation, executive function, language acquisition, mathematical skills, and social connection.
Musical learning supports ALL learning. Through early exposure to music in an enjoyable environment, your child is being prepared for a lifetime of joyful, curious, and playful exploration of new information through the foundations set in class each week.
Mamas, give yourselves the opportunity to connect with other ladies in our fun and uplifting collective. Awen is passionate about co-creating community connections. Come as you are. All of you is welcomed and embraced here.
Siblings older than 12 months are welcome to join at no additional cost.
