Alpha Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, inc. is hosting a Founders' Day Observance in the Blackburn University Center at Howard University. We welcome brothers in the area with music, light fare and a local collaborative chapter program as we fellowship to observe the 111th founding of our wonderous band.
