What You'll Do

Join Chef Frank in this hands-on cooking class at the historic Commellini Estate and learn how to make an unforgettable lasagna from scratch. Using fresh high-quality ingredients you’ll assemble a personal pan of lasagna to take home—perfect for prepping for those pre-Thanksgiving guests. The experience concludes with a full dinner featuring our signature lasagna served inside the Main Venue.

What to Expect:

• Hands-On Learning: This class is approximately 60% hands-on and you will be rolling up your sleeves to prepare a lasagna masterpiece.
