During this session participants will lie down on yoga mats with eyes closed to receive. As the music plays the facilitator will transmit Life Force energy and Non-Dual states of Consciousness while touching certain chakras and meridian points activating your innate ancient wisdom to move and clear energetic and emotional blockages. All you have to do is relax and let the energy meet you where you are at. This process will bring forth what's needed to help you release what no longer wants to be held within, leading you back to your most authentic self.💫
