111 Crystal Bowl Sound Bath

The 111 portal is an invitation to get clear about what you’re ready to begin, what you want to call forward, and where you’re choosing to place your energy next.
In this magical 111 experience, we’ll begin with an intentional journal prompt to give your desire words and direction. From there, I’ll guide you through a meditation that allows you to move beyond simply thinking about your intention and begin connecting with how it feels. You’ll then rest in the sounds and vibrations of the crystal bowls, allowing the mental noise to soften and your intention to settle more deeply within you.
No experience necessary.
