In this hands-on class, we’ll cook our way through foods that are perfect for a weeknight feast or your next party spread.

- Crispy Vegetable Pakoras (India): Spiced seasonal vegetables tossed in a lightly seasoned chickpea flour batter and fried until golden and crisp.
