11/13 Restore Yoga @ her Elevated

Restore yoga classes stretch, open and release the major muscle groups of the entire body. We will focus on releasing tension and restoring balance and harmony through gentle stretches and extended holds with support of props. All levels and abilities welcome!
In addition to a mat, the recommended props to bring are: 2 Blocks, 1 Strap, 1 Bolster. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior to class, no late entry permitted.
First time students will sign a waiver upon arrival.
