Add some intentional frequencies and energies to your manifestations by celebrating the 11/11 portal with us! Come experience the healing power of sound during this guided sound healing meditation facilitated by Laina Pilkenton. Through the power of intention and vibration, sound has the ability to help us shed layers of emotions, energies, and frequencies that keep us from showing up as our fully embodied and empowered selves. Utilizing various sound healing instruments, Laina Pilkenton will create a comfortable atmosphere and soundscape for you to tune inward as you begin to tap into your natural frequency.
During the meditation, you will be invited to be in the svavasana pose, the final pose during yoga. To ensure your comfort, please bring any necessary items such as a yoga mat, camping roll, blankets, pillows, or bolsters to ensure your comfort throughout the meditation.
