• Please choose the event category carefully. Confirmed registrations are non-transferable and cannot be modified.
• The minimum age for participation is 8 years.
• If the registration is made on behalf of a minor, the parent/guardian confirms that:
• They have given permission for the child to participate.
• All rules and regulations will apply to the minor as applicable to an adult participant.
• Users with email filtering/blocking services should add [email protected] to their contact list to ensure timely communication.
• Regular updates will be sent to the registered mobile number. These messages should not be treated as spam, and no action should be taken against our SMS service provider.
• Any notice sent to the registered email address will be considered as officially received by the participant.
• Please fill only the necessary fields in the registration form. Avoid entering duplicate or incorrect information (e.g., repeating the same data for city, state, and country), as it may affect communication.
• Participants acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and that the organizers are not liable for any injury or accident during the event.
• Participants are advised to consult a physician and undergo a medical examination to ensure fitness for participation.
• By registering, you agree that the 10th REVA Cyclo Walkathon organizers shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, illness, or injury arising from participation.
• Participants agree to follow all instructions provided by the organizers for safety and smooth conduct of the event.
• Participants consent that their name, photographs, and video recordings taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes.
• You acknowledge and agree that your personal information may be stored and used by the REVA Team or associated partners for event organization, promotion, administration, and statistical analysis.
• In case of adverse weather, unforeseen circumstances, government restrictions, or force majeure, the organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event.
• All confirmed registrations and merchandise orders are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-modifiable.
• The organizers reserve the right to reject any application without providing a reason. In such cases, the registration fee (excluding applicable bank charges) will be refunded.
