With our ministry continuing to grow in the number of families we serve we have selected to change our venue to the beautiful Clarence Brown Conference Center located in Cartersville, GA. This venue change will allow room for future growth without having to relocate again within a year or two (this event venue can accommodate well over 2,000 guests!) We have also selected this so that our event can have consistency in being held the 2nd Saturday night annually in October at the same venue. We feel that this is the best for us moving into our future. We also know that the format this year is a bit different in that we have tickets that have a fee associated with them. This is also to help properly plan for our food expense. There is still a free ticket option for those who do not wish to eat dinner or receive the commemorative t-shirt, and door prizes opportunities. Our sponsorship levels are to help us plan a beautiful night for all in attendance and any funds raised that exceed those costs will be used to further our ministry efforts.

Join us as we come together to honor and remember precious babies whose lives were much too brief. This event is open to the public and not just bereaved families. We invite our community to come out and show support to those who have faced the unimaginable loss of a baby in the first two years of life. It is important for families to know that they are not walking this journey alone. Please make plans to join us and bring a friend/family member along with you.

Footprints on the Heart offers free in-person support and services to families facing loss in Bartow, Floyd, Gordon, Murray, Whitfield , and by referral we also serve neighboring counties. Our in-person services provided include: remembrance photography, memory making, infant burial wear items, H.O.P.E. Boxes, assistance with funeral planning, and ongoing peer support. Helping provide families an opportunity to make as many memories as possible with their baby is at the heart of what we do. Based on Biblical truths found in Jeremiah 1:5, Ecclesiastes 3:1 and Psalm 34:18 we believe each life is precious, no matter how short lived, and leaves a lasting legacy of love. For this event families are invited to bring a candle that will be lit for the duration of this event. You will take your candle home with you at the end of the evening. Absolutely NO open flame candles (such as taper candles) will be allowed per venue restrictions. Candles must be in a glass or metal container that prevents the dripping of wax on table linens. If you have any questions about your candle selection do not hesitate to reach out to us. Please refrain from bringing scented candles.

The event will begin at 5pm with dinner being served buffet style. We will all light our candles together as we listen to special song selections and a reflection from Lauren. The evening is typically over within 3 hours, sometimes less.
