10th annual Blockbusters at the Ballpark

Blockbusters at the Ballpark Celebrates 10 Years with A Minecraft Movie
Community Education will celebrate the 10th Annual Blockbusters at the Ballpark on Saturday, August 29, with a free evening of family fun and "A Minecraft Movie" at Bowling Green Ballpark.
Gates open at 5 p.m., and the movie begins at 6 p.m.
Families are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy the playground, carousel, outfield activities, concessions, and other pre-movie fun. Guests may sit in the stadium's box seats or bring a blanket for the outfield (no chairs are permitted on the field).
Admission is FREE, although donations are gratefully accepted to support Community Education's programs, including before- and after-school care, Teen Angel, Safe Seats | Safe Kids, children's summer programming, adult enrichment classes, and other community initiatives.
The 2026 Blockbusters at the Ballpark theme is "Movies, Memories, and the Magic of the Ballpark." The two-night series will conclude on Saturday, September 19, with Michael, the Michael Jackson biopic. The rain date for the August event is Saturday, October 3.
