Our 10th Annual 4 Miles 4 Water raises awareness and funds for clean water near and far. Join Drink Local Drink Tap in the Flats East Bank for a fun-filled morning on Saturday, June 10th, along the Cuyahoga River!Why 4 miles? In Sub-Saharan Africa, people living in rural communities often walk an average of 4 miles a day to find, collect, and haul water that might not be safe. Walk or run for water so others don't have to!

How to support: Corporate sponsorships support our local and global work, but 100% of your team or individual fundraising goes to support our water projects in Uganda! Did you know that just $30 can create clean water for someone for life?
Sponsorships are open through May 10th to gain maximum exposure at the event.
Youth under 18 are always $15.00. Start a team, join a team, set a goal, and fundraise, donate, or just signup to move miles for clean water!

Since 2010, Drink Local Drink Tap has worked both domestically in Northeast Ohio and internationally in Uganda to improve water equity and quality. Over 46,802 people now have access to clean water and over 16,000 people have sanitation as a result of Drink Local Drink Tap’s projects in Uganda. With the help of Cleveland-based volunteers, Drink Local Drink Tap has also removed over 15,000+ pounds of trash through beach clean-ups and engaged over 21,524 young people in doing so. Our mission is to improve water equity through projects, programming, and partnerships because we believe clean water is a human right.
