INTERNATIONAL FOCUS MAGAZINE CELEBRATES 10 YEARS OF COVERING HOUSTON’S INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY AND GLOBAL TRADE
10th Anniversary Issue and Celebration to Feature Zambia
HOUSTON, TEXAS — International Focus Magazine – Houston is celebrating 10 years of covering Houston’s international community, global trade, diplomacy, business, culture and the people building connections between Houston and the world.
To mark this milestone, Zambia will be featured on the cover of International Focus Magazine’s 10th Anniversary Issue and at its anniversary celebration on Friday, November 6th, 2026, from 6:00–9:00 PM at the Hilton Houston Post Oak by the Galleria. Hosted by Global Vision Contemporary Fine Art Gallery.
Guests are invited to join us in welcoming our honored guest, the Honorary Consul of Zambia to Texas, Maureen DiMatteo, learn more about Zambia and connect with members of Houston’s international, diplomatic, business and cultural communities.
For the past decade, International Focus Magazine has worked to tell the stories of the people, businesses, consulates, diplomats, organizations and cultures that make Houston an important international city and center for global commerce.
The November 6th celebration is both a recognition of that history and a thank-you to the readers, advertisers, contributors, diplomatic community, business leaders and community partners who have supported the publication throughout the past ten years.
“This anniversary is a celebration of Houston’s international community,” said Heidi Powell-Prera, Editor-in-Chief of International Focus Magazine – Houston. “For ten years, we have had the privilege of sharing the people, cultures and global connections that make Houston extraordinary. As we enter our next decade, we look forward to continuing to build relationships and promote international understanding and opportunity through our mission of Peace Through Prosperity.”
