This October The Terrance Higgins Trust are asking people to raise money through sponsorship for them by doing a 10K walk. You are able to do the 10k at any point throughout October but I thought what might be fun is to get a few of us to do it together all in one day. Three times round Sefton Park is the equivalent to 10K so what I am suggesting is that we could all walk together at 12pm (midday) and raise some money for a great cause and then pop on to Lark Lane for a well deserved pint and a perhaps a bite to eat.

You will be sent a free T Shirt to show your support whilst you are walking and asked to raise as much sponsorship as possible. There is no minimum sponsorship required and you can feel super good about yourself by helping an amazing LGBTQ+ charity and getting some exercise.
