Welcome summer with love, open arms, and 108 Sun Salutations. Join Olga and Mandy in this yogic tradition of 108 Sun Salutations as we celebrate the changing of the seasons, the warmth of the sun and it’s life-giving energy. 108 is a sacred number in yogic tradition. It appears throughout the sacred texts, in the mala, in Ayurveda, and astronomy. With the changing of the seasons, yogis around the world participate in the 108 Sun Salutations as a way to surrender to the cosmic energies that connect us all, and usher in the new season. During this practice, Olga and Mandy will guide you on your journey through a series of Sun Salutations, and invite you to surrender to the sounds of crystal singing bowls.
