A casual 1-1.5 mile walk around downtown Pueblo with historical stops to learn more about the 1921 flood that changed the history of Pueblo. Historian and author Gregory Howell will take us on a free walking tour for an hour before the Flood party starts on the Riverwalk.
Park in one of the city garages or near Walter's Brewery. Grab a beverage at Walter's for $1 off but be ready to walk at 5:30 pm from Walter's. One of the first stops is the 2nd and Main St mural of the flood so catch up with us there by 5:40 pm.
We can then join the festivities at the Riverwalk Lawn at 7 pm with live music, food trucks and a viewing of the 1921 Pueblo Flood film on the Riverwalk at dusk.
Please help us plan, sign the waiver for this FREE event, may sign once for other events also.
