10.2.21 Bo Staff Seminar with Shihan SipesWHAT: Learn fundamental skills needed to handle the traditional Okinawan bo staff with Shihan Jeramy Sipes.
WHO: This bo staff seminar is open to the public for ages 13 and up (and ALL Junior Black Belts)! All fitness levels and all skill levels are welcome!
WHEN: Saturday, October 2nd from 11:15AM-12:45PM
WHERE: Kovar's Waterman Dojo (9320 Elk Grove Blvd. #160, Elk Grove, CA 95624)
HOW: Click the “Tickets” link to reserve one of our limited spaces for this event! Be sure to sign our safety waivers online BEFORE arriving. Participants should wear comfortable clothes, slip-on shoes, and a face covering. Please bring a water bottle to the seminar.
