The District 8 Office is inviting developers, architects, designers, and other professionals working with or within public entities to share market insights, development trends, and potential opportunities for the 102 Acres site.
What’s Next for the 102-Acre Site?
Join the Office of Councilmember Mai Vang and the City of Sacramento Community Development Department to learn about the City’s Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI) for the 102-acre site and what it could mean for your neighborhood.
The RFEI is part of an ongoing public process to gather information that will guide the City’s next steps related to the reuse of the 102-acre site.
This is an important opportunity to understand the process, ask questions, and stay informed about potential future uses of the site that may impact your community.
