Women Empowering Women in Development (WEW) proudly presents the 10.10. Class of 2026 — “The Pinnacle,” a distinguished community recognition celebrating exceptional leaders whose service, advocacy, influence, and commitment continue to move communities forward.

The 10.10. Class was created to recognize legacy makers—individuals whose leadership leaves a lasting imprint. These are leaders who create positive experiences and opportunities for others, give generously of their time and mentorship, and use their influence to open doors, create pathways, and empower others to reach their full potential.

This year's Pinnacle Honorees will be recognized across three distinguished categories:

SUPERSTARS
Exceptional individuals who consistently deliver outstanding service, excel in their work, and maintain a positive, inspiring presence. They lead by example and remind others that, regardless of the challenge, communities can overcome obstacles when people work together.

ANCHORS
Remarkable individuals who serve across diverse organizations and volunteer roles. They provide the information, connections, resources, and opportunities that help communities act, thrive, and empower others to grow.

TEN TOES DOWN
Committed and devoted leaders who provide unwavering support to impact and transform their communities. They combine the vision of a Superstar with the steadfastness of an Anchor—remaining deeply connected to their communities and committed to addressing issues at their core.

The 10.10. Class journey began in 2024 with the Trailblazers, followed by 2025's Change Makers.

In 2026, The Pinnacle represents the highest point—a celebration of leadership, sacrifice, service, influence, and impact.
