Since the fireworks have moved to the Hudson, we’re celebrating the 4th of July fashionably late with all the beloved fanfare! We’re throwing an All-American celebration complete with classic summer grilling, an open bar, great music, a bouncy castle, and more! We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Guests of Vivacity Members: $15 Entry Fee. Limit two guests per member.

Non-Members and Guests of Non-Members: $20 Entry Fee. Limit 2 guests per Resident.

Bring your E-Tickets to the front desk at 101 Bedford to pick up wristbands for you and your guests. Wristbands are required for entry to the rooftop.

Kids 16 and under are free (non-resident guests are limited to 2 children).
