Join us for the Annual KZN Trail Running 1000 Hills Trail Festival! As the year comes to a close, it’s time for this iconic festival—a journey through South Africa’s natural beauty and diverse landscapes. Previously known as the “1000 Hill Challenge,” this event takes runners through rolling hills, stunning cliffs, and lush bushveld around the scenic Nagle Dam.Nestled at the base of Table Mountain, the reserve is home to zebras, antelope, and vibrant birds like the African Harrier Hawk and colorful Kingfishers, creating an unforgettable race atmosphere. KZN Trail Running’s final premier event of the year invites you to experience the beauty of the African thornveld in a truly unique way.

🚶♀️ Walkers Welcome: 5km and 10km routes
Please note spectators are required to pay a separate reserve entry fee (R60 per adult, R30 per U18), while race entry fees cover this cost for participant
