100 Wills (TM)

A'naiys Charities, a non-profit in South Florida, is hosting our third annual 100 Wills event. It is a two-day event:

• January 4th - Educational Seminar
• February 15th - Will Execution

No Legal Advice. A’naiys is not a law firm and does not give legal advice or provide legal services. All legal services provided by independent, unaffiliated licensed attorneys in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. A’naiys disclaims any liability for services provided by volunteer attorneys. A’naiys’ presentation of 100 Wills (SM), (hereafter “Activity”), is a free, charitable, community based event and non-professional service of the organization. Said Activity is not presented, offered, or intended to be construed as providing legal representation, advice, or service of any nature of any kind.

No Attorney-Client Relationship. There is no attorney-client privilege through A’naiys. Any attorney-Client relationship that may be derived will be directly with volunteer attorneys. A’naiys does not accept or receive any confidential information. Information received is for registration purposes and shall include, name, address, telephone number, and email address. Any such information received is necessary for participation in this event and may be disclosed to the volunteer attorney offering to prepare your Will. Wills provided by volunteer attorneys are simple in nature and are not complex. Participation in this event does not constitute, warrant, represent, imply, create, or form a professional relationship of any kind with A’naiys. By registering with this event, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and a resident of Miami-Dade or Broward County, Florida. You further understand, agree, and consent to the use of your photograph.

No Warranty or Liability. Your participation in this event does hereby release and forever discharge A’naiys, its affiliates, and respective officers, directors, volunteers, agents, contractors, representatives, members, partners, and board members (collectively, “Releases”), jointly and severally from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss, death or injury, which hereafter may be sustained related to my participation in the Activity. You further agree that A’naiys, its affiliates, and respective officers, directors, volunteers, agents, contractors, representatives, members, partners, and board members is not liable to you or others, in any way or for any damages of any kind or under any theory, arising from your participation in the Activity.

Scope of Participation. By registering with this event, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and a resident of Miami-Dade of Broward County, Florida. You further understand, agree, and consent to the use of your photograph. A’naiys reserves the right and discretion to determine whether to accept a registrant and may reject a registrant with or without explanation. Registrants are required to attend the entire educational component. At the conclusion of the event, participants will receive a simple Will directly from the volunteer attorney or a representative from his or her staff. A’naiys shall not accept, receive, handle, or in any manner participate in the distribution of the registrant’s simple Will. While it is the goal for each registrant to receive a simple Will at the conclusion of the event, A’naiys makes no claims, guarantees, or promises, and expressly disclaims liability for errors and omissions.

Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights. Unless otherwise noted, all materials including but not limited to the A’naiys name, its logo, slogan, website, images, designs, icons, illustrations, drawings, text, photographs, sounds, trademarks, and service marks are the intellectual property of A’naiys. All rights are reserved by A’naiys. Contents may not be copied, reproduced, transmitted, distributed, downloaded, or transferred in any form or by any means without A’naiys’ prior expressed written consent and with expressed attribution to A’naiys.
