It's a story...My 100 Petite Works series began with a challenge: I bet with myself that I would be able to complete a hundred tiny artworks during the pandemic. I painted everyday for four months, sticking to 7”x 5” paintings and I painted more than 100 artworks..
I have selected about 40 of My 100 Petite Works to be hung on vertical walls. To add an horizontal dimension in the exhibition, I imagined displaying a series of "Boxes" on an horizontal plank: Boxes are small painted wood boxes and abstract sculptures.
