100 HR KUNDALINI YOGA & MEDITATION YTT

Over the course of 7 weekends, we’ll dive deep into the essence of Kundalini Yoga, its profound teachings, and other transformational tools like astrology and Human Design. Even if you are not called to teach currently, this training will give you the opportunity to explore your inner workings and develop a deeper understanding of yourself.

**Module 1: Kundalini Postures and Class Structure** 

Dates: 10/18 - 10/19 - 10/25 - 10/26

- Explore Kundalini asanas, mudras, kriyas, and learn about the history, philosophy, and anatomy of yoga. 

- Get hands-on experience with class structure and sequencing practice teaching.

**Module 2: Kundalini Breathwork, Kriyas, and Mudras** 

Dates: 11/1 - 11/2 - 11/8 - 11/9

- Experience the power of breath and understand your prana through pranayama and mudras. 

- Delve into the history, philosophy, and anatomy, while learning to teach pranayama effectively.

**Module 3: Mantra and Meditation** 

Dates: 11/ 15 - 11/16 - 11/22 - 11/23

- Discover the healing capacity of sound and mantra, intertwined with meditation practices. 

- Learn the history and philosophy behind mantra, and gain practical teaching experience.

**Module 4: Samadhi and the Yogic Path** 

Dates: 12/6 - 12/7

- Embark on a journey of deep meditation and explore the yogic lifestyle. 

- Engage with history, philosophy, and learn to teach meditation through practicums.

Each weekend begins with Sunday morning Sadhana at 4:30am, plus additional meditation practices outside training hours.
