Join Our 100 Hour Yoga Student Training!
This course is for anyone who wants to understand yoga more deeply and build a practice that genuinely supports everyday life.
This course is broken into two 50 hour levels, where we’ll explore yoga philosophy, pranayama, meditation, alignment, anatomy, nervous system regulation, digestion, and sustainable movement practices in a grounded and accessible way.
You’ll learn how to create a nourishing morning practice, an evening practice to help you unwind, and understand how to adapt yoga to support your body, energy, and life as it changes.
We’ll study texts like the Yoga Sutras and Bhagavad Gita, not as abstract philosophy, but as practical tools for living with more steadiness, clarity, and awareness.
This is not about performing advanced poses or becoming more flexible. It’s about understanding the “why” behind the practice and learning how yoga can support you long term.
This is not a yoga teacher training, this course is for Yoga Students.
