Setup Info & Schedule
Date: August 15, 2026
Vendor Setup: 3 PM – 5 PM
Driver Load-In: 6pm-7pm
Event Time: 7 PM – 10 PM
Load-Out: 10 PM – 10:30 PM
NO VEHICLE MOVING BETWEEN 6:30PM-9:30PM
Code of Conduct
• All vehicles must be operable and able to move under their own power.
• Vehicles must be mechanically sound and should not leak fluids; if vehicle leaks fluids,
they must inform the show host and will be required to provide their own drip mats /
protective covering. Vehicles that do not adhere to this policy may be subject to financial
penalties related to track cleaning.
• Maximum driving speed of 15mph while on Grand Prix Plaza property. No donuts,
burnouts, revving or two-stepping will be allowed on the Grand Prix Plaza property. Any
infraction will result in immediate and permanent dismissal from the property.
• Bag Policy
Small personal bags (i.e., waist bags/fanny packs) or small purses are allowed. Large bags,
backpacks, or luggage are not permitted.
Note: All bags are subject to search. Diaper bags are permitted.
• Prohibited Items
Guests are prohibited from bringing firearms, knives, or other weapons into GPP. Any illegal
items, including drugs or drug paraphernalia, are also prohibited. No alcoholic beverages or
other outside food items are allowed. Professional cameras and video equipment are
prohibited. Backpacks and large bags are not allowed.
