Peel’s small team of 45 engineers and designers generates about $70 Million in Annual Revenue and is valued over $550 Million Market Cap.

Bala's Real Estate Background:

Bala has Extensive New Construction, Value Add and Repositioning experience including Build for Rent, Multifamily, Hotel to Multifamily Conversions, Multifamily to Condo Conversions and Heavy Lift Value Add Projects. He has rock solid track record and multiple exits of full lifecycle execution from Pre-Acquisition due diligence, Acquisition, Improvement, Hold and Sale. Bala focusses in the Real Estate markets of Phoenix(Arizona), Albuquerque(New Mexico) and Austin/San Antonio (Texas).
