Running a business can be an unpredictable experience. It is requires failing a lot, being rejected and being out of your comfort zone more times than not. Working by yourself can also feel lonely and it’s natural for your confidence to ebb and flow.

To overcome this, Sam’s 2-hour workshop is designed to give you confidence-boosting mindset tips to increase your confidence in yourself and your business.

In the workshop, she will cover:

• Reducing limiting beliefs that hold you back

• Rewiring your brain to get anything you want

• How to develop a growth mindset

• Fear setting and how to get out of your comfort zone

• How to increase your resilience in business

• The importance of setting goals for your business and science-backed tips to achieve them

Sam supports small business owners to grow their businesses by teaching them mindset tips and strategies to become more successful.

She offers 1-1 coaching for business owners to boost their self-confidence, build recession-busting resilience and to set and achieve goals to maximise their potential. She also runs confidence building workshops and works with companies across the North East to help their staff to boost their confidence at work.

Sam has been self-employed for the last 22 years. To begin with she ran a successful PR and marketing company and then diversified into coaching. She understands how lonely it can be as a small business owner and how accountability is the key to survival and growth.
