📅 Tuesday, November 3, 2026
🕕 6:00 PM–8:00 PM
💲 $45 per person
It’s the first Christmas cookie class of the season! Kick off the holidays with an evening of festive cookie decorating as we create a beautiful collection of classic Christmas designs using royal icing.
Students will decorate freshly baked sugar cookies inspired by the most nostalgic elements of Christmas—ornaments, stockings, snowflakes, snow globes, trees and other timeless holiday favorites.
Throughout class, students will learn how to outline and flood cookies and work with two different consistencies of royal icing. We’ll practice wet-on-wet techniques to create chevrons, polka dots, hearts and other decorative patterns, then add dimensional piping and 3D accents that bring each design to life.
We’ll also share helpful tips for creating smooth icing, clean lines and polished, professional-looking cookies you’ll be proud to serve or share.
Whether you’re completely new to royal icing or looking to improve your decorating skills before the holidays, this beginner-friendly class is designed for all experience levels.
