This DEI workshop hosted by Mountain Pride is an introduction to the concept of being an ally in your community and workplace. Participants will learn about the different ways they can become allies, such as listening, speaking up, and taking action. The workshop will provide a safe and inclusive space for participants to engage in open and honest dialogue about their experiences and challenges in becoming allies. By the end of the session, attendees will have a better understanding of allyship and its importance in promoting a more equitable and inclusive society.
