10 Anniversary Gala to Benefit US Ukrainian Activists’ Programs for Ukraine

Join us in celebrating the 10th Anniversary of US Ukrainian Activists (USUA) at a Charity Gala featuring pianist Pavlo Gintov—an enchanting evening of Ukrainian music benefiting our programs for Ukraine.
US Ukrainian Activists is honored to welcome back the extraordinary Ukrainian-American pianist Pavlo Gintov, performing once again at the stunning La Maison Française at the Embassy of France in the USA.

Delight in an evening of music featuring works by Ukrainian composers Dmytro Bortniansky, Viktor Kosenko, Theodore Akimenko, Yuriy Povolotsky, as well as Franz Liszt.

WHAT: 10th Anniversary Charity Gala with Pianist Pavlo Gintov

CAUSE: To benefit US Ukrainian Activists’ Programs for Ukraine.

1. VIP Admission: $95 (Space is limited. Please reserve in advance.)

• 7–8 pm: French Wine & Light Hors D’oeuvres Reception

• 8–9:30 pm – Concert

• 9:30–10 pm – Evening concludes with photographs with Pavlo Gintov and sales of fundraising souvenirs

2. CONCERT Admission:

2.1 General Admission: $45

2.2 Students/Seniors 70+: $35

2.3 Children up to 18 y.o.: $25

• 8–9:30 pm – Concert

• 9:30–10 pm – Evening concludes with photographs with Pavlo Gintov and sales of fundraising souvenirs

3. Eventbrite RAFFLE Ticket: $10

Concert attendees will have a chance to win a basket filled with French wine, beautiful hand-painted Petrykyvka souvenirs brought from Ukraine, and pieces of art made by our USUA volunteers.
Present your Eventbrite Raffle Ticket at the Raffle Baskets Table to exchange it for a USUA Raffle Ticket for the drawing at the end of the concert. You can also purchase additional USUA Raffle Tickets at the Raffle Baskets Table before the concert.

- When purchasing your tickets, please provide the first and last names of each attendee as they appear on the ID that will be presented at the gate for access.

- The doors will open at 6:45p.m. for VIP Admission and at 7:15 for Regular Admission.

Please allow extra time for security check-in. You will need a valid photo ID and your Eventbrite ticket (printed or ready on your phone). Please remember that for security purposes, the name on the ticket must match the name on the ID.

- There will be no on-site parking. Limited street parking available on Reservoir Road. We encourage you to use taxi, ride-sharing or public transportation.

- Please be advised that for security reasons, Embassy staff and security services cannot allow large bags, backpacks, or bike helmets to be brought onto Embassy grounds. The security team reserves itself the right to confiscate any inappropriate items.

About Pavlo Gintov

Pianist Pavlo Gintov has been described as “a poet of the keyboard” by Marty Lash of the Illinois Entertainer, a “musical storyteller” by the Japanese publication Shikoku News, and “a fantastic pianist and extraordinary artist” by Jerry Dubins of the Fanfare Magazine.

Following his debut at the Kyiv Philharmonic Hall at the age of 12, Mr. Gintov has been touring throughout Europe, Asia, Africa, South America and the United States, appearing at such stages as Carnegie Hall in New York, Berlin Philharmonic Hall, Teatro Verdi Nationale in Milan, the Great Hall of Moscow Conservatory and Kioi Hall in Tokyo. He has been a soloist with Tokyo Royal Chamber Orchestra, the National Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine, Shizuoka Symphony Orchestra, Orchestra Ensemble Kanazawa, the National Symphony Orchestra of the Dominican Republic under such conductors as Michiyoshi Inoue, Victor Yampolsky, Thomas Sanderling and Tomomi Nishimoto.

Mr. Gintov holds a Doctor of Musical Art degree from the Manhattan School of Music in New York City.
