Bourbon Street’s infamous lore meets the best of Creole & Cajun cuisine this October. Wine Club Members should expect a deviously decorated spread and menu features like a spellbinding gumbo and grits you’ll chalk up to sorcery. We’ll pair dinner with our celebratory anniversary wine, Aereus, before closing out the evening with a New Orleans classic for dessert: a Beignet that’s so satisfying it’s sinister.

• Start Your Evening with the Hurricane Cocktail
• Mini Baguette with NOLA Butter
• Bourbon St. Gumbo Andouille, Tasso Ham, Pulled Chicken, Trinity Vegetables, Okra | Paired with the Unoaked Chardonnay
• "Grillades & Grits" Grilled Tenderloin Medallions, Creole Gravy, MontAmore Grits, Tasso Ham Collards | Paired with Cooper's Hawk Exclusive October Wine of the Month: Aereus
• Not So Classic Beignets Baked Croissant Beignets, Sweet Creole Cream Cheese, Bourbon- Chocolate Sauce, Dark Chocolate Shavings | Paired with Vin Chocolat Noir

Wine Club Pairing Dinner is hosted on Wednesday, October 16 @ 7:00PM. Reservation includes tax and gratuity.

• You will be seated with other guests during this dinner, since that's the fun of it!
