The 5th Annual West Oakland Blues & Culture Festival is coming to Sparc-It Place (3427 San Pablo Avenue) on October 12!

This family-friendly event will feature free food, local musicians, local vendors, raffles, games, a kidzone and more! The 2024 theme is 'Music is Mental' so come join the fun!
