Join me in celebrating the friendships we have made and the growth of our yoga community. October is our 1 year anniversary of our first park yoga class!! I can't believe it's been 1 year since we had our first park yoga class! Let's make this class our biggest one yet!! Even if you have never attended a class before please come join us and help celebrate. We will have a picnic in the park after class so please bring a blanket to sit on and a food dish to share! I hope to see you there !
