Suitable for adventurous beginner.
Learn to follow a pattern, understand some basic pattern markings, learn about fabric stretch and grainline cutting, placement, cutting out, tips on sewing with stretch fabric and finally sewing together a beautiful hoodie! Option to add buttonholes for a drawstring cord.
The pattern is the Tilly & The Buttons pattern, which I’ll bring along to class for you to use. The course is over 2 Thursday evenings, same time and place.
You will need to message me to enquire/book and I will advise on fabric etc.
You will be sewing with stretch fabric and I will advise on how much and what you need to purchase in advance. You will also need to bring along either an overlocker or a sewing machine. If using a sewing machine you will need stretch/jersey needles.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book a place with the balance due 2-weeks prior to the workshop.
Cost is £50 for the 2-weeks.
