This inspiring film follows moms and teachers in New York City who refused to accept the status quo. Facing limited resources and systemic gaps, they advocated, innovated, and ultimately changed outcomes for dyslexic students in their community. This is not a story about what’s broken, it’s about what’s possible when communities decide to act.

Following the film, we will facilitate a candid conversation designed to help attendees better understand:

• How it shows up in classrooms and at home
• Why early identification matters
• Practical steps families and teachers can take
