Hello there and thank you for considering joining us for this 1 Day Transpersonal Breathwork Journey Immersion Workshop in Tucson, AZ.
Before signing up please read the contraindications: Breathwork contraindications: This experience is not suitable during pregnancy or for people with cardiovascular disease, severe or uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy or a seizure history, stroke or TIA history, glaucoma, detached retina, recent surgery or fracture, an acute infection, or certain psychiatric conditions, including bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or psychosis, recent psychiatric hospitalization, or an active mental health or spiritual crisis. Please do not register if any of these apply.
If you have asthma, osteoporosis, take prescription blood thinners, or have another significant medical or mental health condition, contact us before registering. Participants with asthma must bring their inhaler.
This workshop includes preparation, 2 full 2 hour journeys one where you will get the opportunity to be the breather and the sitter, and integration. You will choose your partner at the workshop or you can invite a friend to register as well whatever feels the most comfortable, and an integration sharing circle.
This breathwork journey is rooted in the work of Dr. Stan Grof and both of your facilitators are Certified in both Neruodynamic Breathwork & Holotropic Breathwork. In this process you are invited to breath faster and deeper in a circular fashion to emotionally evocative music and allow whatever arises to fully express. In this model, we fully trust your own inner healer so we do not overly direct or guide. We go deeper in preparation and details with registered participants.
The workshop will be all day from 8:30 AM to approxiamatley 6 PM food and snacks will be provided. Additional preparation instructions will be given upon regisration.
This event is limited to 12 participants to keep the container personal, spacious, and well-supported.
Investment: Early Bird: $300 through November 30
Regular Registration: $350 beginning December 1
