Holiday break spent exploring and engaging with the Indian River Lagoon is one that is not easy to forget! There is no better way to break up the school year than taking our learning outside and having hands-on, feet-wet experiences along with knowledgeable instructors and other enthusiastic campers.
These camps are for ages 5-12 and occur during Volusia County school holidays.
Camp Hours are 8:30am - 3:00 pm each day. Our 1-Day camps occurs on the following dates during the 2024-25 school year: October 14, December 23, December 27, December 30, January 6, January 20
1-DAY SCHOOL HOLIDAY ADVENTURE CAMPS | $50
The morning will be spent embarking on our pontoon boat, Discovery, to Disappearing Island where we will explore mangrove forests and meet the resident critters of the Indian River Lagoon. When we return to MDC’s Main Campus, we will learn about more exciting Florida ecosystems.

Payment is required at the time of the reservation. Cancellations must be made two weeks in advance to receive a refund.
