If you're looking to accelerate your agent recruiting results for your team, downline, or brokerage without feeling like a pest, this marketing workshop is for you.
Join us for one intense day to write a complete marketing plan to attract more perfect-fit real estate agents into your life. Ultimately, you'll schedule more consistent recruiting appointments - positioned up front as the guest - with a daily, repeatable system that is not tied to your heroics or direct efforts.
Traditional, interruptive cold calling and exhausting algorithmic social media publishing are not a part of this plan.
You'll learn how to write down your recruiting presentation, build a highly targeted permission-based agent list, nurture it optimally with video, and hire someone to call the agents who pay attention to book warm discovery calls for you.
You'll also learn how to tell compelling success stories that your agents are excited to share with their peers to bring you even more opportunities.
We've also invited a guest speaker to share what's working for them in their agent recruiting efforts. They have agreed to show you behind-the-scenes of their strategy.
Lunch is on your own at a nearby restaurant. There's an optional mastermind dinner later in the evening for an additional break-even fee, paid in advance.
