1 Day Hands-on Tongue Tie Laser Masterclass

The day will consist of lectures until around 3pm then Hands on with apples, pig jaws and

chicken wings for simulation.

During the course, you will learn about airway management of the tongue and soft palate as well as a ‘how to’ guide to remove tongue-ties with CO2 lasers. Time will also be allocated to the use of diode lasers (810nm) for Photo Biomodulation (PBM) post treatment.

The course is recommended for general dentists, periodontists, oral surgeons, paediatric

dentists, prosthodontists, cosmetic dentists, lactation consultants, osteopaths, nurse

practitioners, nurses, midwives, ILBLC’s and staff.

The lectures will be presented by Dr Robert Convissar, who is widely published on the

subject of dental use of laser wavelengths, including applications in snoring. The course

qualifies for 6.5 hours CPD (lectures and hands on). The Peel Technique is unique to Dr

Convissar and has been granted trademark status in the UK.
